Corporate Hunter is operated by Undelimited LLC. These terms constitute an agreement between you and Undelimited LLC and govern your use of the Corporate Hunter website, progressive web app, reader, accounts, and digital content. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and all activity performed through your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer an account or purchased access.
Personal reading license
Corporate Hunter and its artwork, text, characters, interfaces, and related materials are protected intellectual property. Access grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read the content for private use.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, sell, publicly display, create unauthorized derivative works from, bypass access controls for, or otherwise exploit the content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Purchases and access
Purchases unlock the episodes described at checkout for the purchasing account. They do not transfer ownership of the underlying content. Prices and available packages may change prospectively, but a completed purchase will continue to receive the access described when purchased, subject to these terms.
Checkout is processed through Stripe Managed Payments, with Stripe/Link acting as merchant of record. Additional payment terms may appear during checkout.
Availability
We aim to keep purchased content available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, provider outages, or technical issues. We may modify the reader interface and presentation while preserving valid purchased access.
Acceptable use
You may not attack, overload, reverse engineer, automate unauthorized access to, interfere with, or use the service to violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, payment disputes, security incidents, or violations of these terms.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any rights provided by applicable law or Stripe/Link’s transaction terms.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corporate Hunter disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively.
