Corporate Hunter

About Corporate Hunter

Corporate Hunter is an illustrated web novel about capability, ambition, and the choices that follow success.

Kang Jun has built his career in consulting by doing what difficult work demands. He stays late. He learns quickly. He makes himself useful. When a critical project begins to expose the limits of effort alone, something impossible takes notice.

A mysterious SYSTEM begins sharpening Jun's awareness, pattern recognition, and judgment. It does not remove the pressure or make decisions for him. It makes him increasingly capable of seeing what the people around him cannot.

A story about work and what comes after

Corporate Hunter follows Jun and his colleagues through demanding projects, uncertain promotions, shifting relationships, and opportunities that become harder to evaluate as their careers advance.

The story treats consulting as neither a fantasy nor a nightmare. It is a place where talented people grow quickly, solve difficult problems, and gain unusual opportunities. It is also a place where ambition, identity, and personal priorities can become difficult to separate.

Becoming valuable is one challenge.

Deciding what to value is another.

An illustrated reading experience

Corporate Hunter combines prose, character portraits, environmental artwork, dialogue, and an evolving interface into a reading experience designed for the web.

Each episode places the reader inside the work: late-night project rooms, client meetings, quiet decisions, and the moments when ordinary professional pressure begins to reveal something larger.
